Competition Season Week 0 2024-2025

Robot

Despite a week of snow days, our team has made impressive progress on our competition robot! We’ve been hard at work assembling all our mechanisms, ensuring everything is in place and functioning smoothly. A key focus has been meeting weight and height requirements while keeping our design efficient and competition-ready.

In addition, we’ve been wiring the robot, testing our code, and fine-tuning our auto-alignment for precision on the field.

Beyond the robot itself, our scouting team has been developing our scouting platforms and app while analyzing match footage to build strategic insights.

​Impact + Public Relations

This week has been packed with tacos, trivia, presentations, planning, and fundraising!

We kicked things off with our Tacos & Trivia Night fundraiser, where sponsors joined us for a fun night of trivia and enjoyed delicious tacos from Camdenton’s own El Patron.

We also wrapped up fundraising for St. Joseph’s Indian School and have officially started assembling our STEM kits to inspire the next generation of innovators.

In addition, we’ve been busy planning for our presentation teams and props, setting dates for STEAM Camp, and organizing our upcoming Fresh Lemonade Co. sale.
