What is FIRST®?
FIRST® (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science & Technology) is a unique varsity sport for the Mind™ that is designed to help high school students discover and develop their interest in STEM related fields. The mission of this program is to create the next generation of science and technology leaders. At Camdenton R-III Schools, FIRST robotics teams are extracurricular activities provided by the Camdenton R-III's Department of Afterschool Activities. Professional mentors and teachers volunteer their time to coach and support students through the build seasons and competitions.

What benefits do our sponsors receive?
Businesses and patrons who sponsor LASER receive benefits that vary on the level of their company's sponsorship. All sponsors are posted to LASER social media and invited to attend all community events and competitions. Orange level sponsors will have their company name listed on all progression t-shirts and will be listed to the LASER sponsor page. Green level sponsors will receive all previous benefits as well as their company's logo on LASER competition jerseys. Purple level sponsors receive all previous benefits along with the company's name on LASER's competition banner at all events attended locally and throughout the United States. Gold sponsors will receive all other benefits and their company's logo on the FRC competition robot that is competed with nationally.
Gold Sponsors- $5,000 and above
Purple Sponsors- $1,000 - $4,999
Green Sponsors- $500- $999
Orange Sponsors - $200-$499

All donations are used for all K-12 progressions housed by Camdenton R-III Schools. These donations go towards:
